3. Shipping Fees and Information
We offer FREE SHIPPING to orders shipping anywhere in the United States!! RustedRiver.com ships all items via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail.
Please contact us directly regarding express delivery. Express delivery is possible but must be arranged immediately upon receiving your order. Please email us at rustedriver@yahoo.com with your order number and request for express delivery and we will contact you.
We deliver to all P.O. Boxes and APO locations. If shipping to an APO please email us after placing your order to confirm the delivery address so that all information is recorded. We will ship your order like every order from RustedRiver.com and ensure quick delivery.
4. Mail & Telephone Orders
RustedRiver.com accepts orders over the internet and by mail. If you like to order by mail, please mail your specific item request with names and item numbers, if possible, as well as your payment, including shipping and handling (please refer to Section 3 regarding shipping and handling), to:

At RustedRiver.com you may also complete your order online and mail your payment instead of using your credit card. Simply complete your order and select to pay by check or money order during your checkout. Mail your payment with your order number and a printed copy of your order slip, if possible, to the address above.

All orders from RustedRiver.com feature our special wrapping and presentation. All items are gift wrapped with tissue paper and tied with raffia. 7. Return Policy
If at any time you feel your purchase does not meet your standards and expectations, please feel free to return your item(s) for exchange or refund. Please return your item(s) with the returned merchandise packing slip that was attached to your original invoice. Please fill out the return slip and return it with the merchandise via US Postal Service to:

Please note UPS and Fedex do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, therefore you must use the US Postal Service to return merchandise to RustedRiver.com. Customer is responsible for cost of returning merchandise.
8. Forms of Payment
We accept payments by credit card, check, money order, or by using your Paypal account. Credit Cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and more. RustedRiver.com does not accept cash for payments for orders and will return all orders submitted with cash as payment.
9. Step-by-Step Shopping & Ordering
Step 1 – When you have found the item you would like to purchase, click “Add” to add the item to your cart. Once the item is added you may continue shopping or proceed to the checkout and pay for your order.
Step 2 – When you have finished shopping, click “Checkout” to review the items in your shopping cart and prepare to finalize your order. Review the items in your cart and answer the questions regarding residence and shipping destination. When you have finished click “Add Shipping & Taxes.”
Step 3 – Review your order and the shipping and tax charges. If your order is not shipping to Arizona you should not see any sales tax charged. Once you have reviewed your order, click “Make a Payment” to open the secure payment window.
Step 4 – Enter the shipping name and address, email address and phone number. Select the payment type you wish to use, either paying online by credit card or Paypal, or paying by mail with check or money order. Enter any special comments you would like and click “Next” to proceed. If paying by credit card or Paypal, follow the instructions to enter your information to make your payment.
Step 5 – Review the information you are about to submit and click “Next.” You will then view a page that states your order was successful. Confirmation of your order will arrive shortly. You may click “Close” to close this page and return to RustedRiver.com. The page may still be open to where you clicked “Make a Payment.” You may close or exit this window as your order has been placed and no information is being transmitted from this page.
10. Order Confirmation
RustedRiver.com will send confirmation of your order to your email within 24 hours of your order being placed.
11. Order Status
Please feel free to request the status of your order at anytime. Simply email us at rustedriver@yahoo.com with your order number and request the status of your order. We will contact you to let you know the progress of your order and its estimated shipping date.
12. Account Creation
You may create a User Account with RustedRiver.com to make your future shopping visits easier, and to possibly receive information on upcoming specials and promotions at RustedRiver.com. To create a User Account, click on “Account” on the Shop page and click “Register New.” Enter your email address as your Username and create a password (***We are not asking for your email password and we will not release any information to any outside source, ever.)
Next, enter your name and shipping information and click “Save” to save your profile. To Login to your account at anytime, click “Login” on the Shop page. We may occasionally send you an email regarding a special or promotion at RustedRiver.com like Free Shipping or Free Items. This is not a mailing list but may be used as contact in the future.

Ordering at RustedRiver.com is as secure as shopping at any physical store, restaurant or outlet. At RustedRiver.com we use SSL 128 bit encryption to protect your information during all phases of the shopping and ordering process. You will notice that a new window opens when you make a payment at RustedRiver.com. This is the secure layering, which ensures your information is secure. RustedRiver.com will never share or sell your information to anyone, ever.
14. Sales Tax & Tax Exemptions
By law, sales tax is charged based on the destination of the shipment. Therefore, goods shipped within the state of Arizona are the only orders subject to tax at RustedRiver.com. Any order shipped outside of Arizona will not be charged sales tax. The actual sales tax charged is based on the physical location of our offices, which is currently Tempe, Arizona, making the applicable sales tax 8.1%. RustedRiver.com currently does not offer tax-exempt purchases.
